It\`s 800 metres to the jetty & dog beach, a shorter walk to the river & park, CBD, hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinema, & the Historical Museum. The bus station is 100 metre walk from the house. A very quiet street considering it\`s central location. This place is good for couples & families. Linen hire available or BYO linen. ID required. Must be over 21 years old to book, WA Registration - STRA6280QIO14DHE THE HOUSE The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and coffee maker. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy. PET FRIENDLY Dog welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog . City of Busselton laws apply. We were a quiet, clean professional coupl who looked forward to a relaxing getaway. We were charged $30 per night extra for a toddler, and $30 per person extra for the two friends who joined us for a few nights while we were there, even though the property advertises as hosting up to six. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach, to the shops, doctors. The house is amazing, the garden is huge! The dogs had a ball. I ended up getting sick and so spent most of the time indoors, moving from one comfy couch to another, watching Netflix and looking out of the large glass windows or sitting in the garden. At night one can hear the waves from the ocean. It was just lovely. Highly recommended. ##### Karin S. The house is beautifully set up, easy walking distance to the shops, beach/jetty and also the official Leavers bus stop! Leanne is a pleasure to deal with and checked in on the girls daily.
