\*\*This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand and body wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter), and basic cleaning products is provided.\*\*  
Ocean and Earth is a stylish and spacious 4 bedroom home with an additional private 2 bedroom studio, perfect for extended family get togethers or holidaying friends. The large open plan central living, dining and kitchen zone boasts charming bushland views through the surrounding glass windows, bathing the space in natural light. Featuring wood flooring throughout, a cosy wood fireplace and split system air conditioning for year round climate control  
Kitchen boasts all the modern conveniences of home; including a gas stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bench  
Dining zone offers large 10 seater dining table and direct access through the sliding door to the huge outdoor entertaining zone and beyond  
The comfortable separate lounge area provides a space to unwind and watch tv on the large smart screen, ideal for movie nights in!  
Leading on from the lounge area you will find the master bedroom, this wing of the house also has the option of a private external entrance Offers a king bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and TV. Also featuring a walk-in robe and an ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c (please note there is no door on this ensuite bathroom)  
This section of the home also includes an office, for when work simply cannot wait. Features a desk, with ceiling fan and seating area.  
In the opposite wing of the home, two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built in robe  
An additional guest bedroom includes two single bunk beds and built in robe  
Main bathroom features vanity, bath and shower and separate w/c  
A second living area adjoins the guest bedrooms and main bathroom together and offers a couch, smart TV, and a/c  
Functional laundry has washing machine and dryer  
The expansive outdoor entertaining area offers two 8 seater dining tables, perfect to enjoy a meal on warm summer evenings, or on those cooler days choose to dine undercover with the outdoor heater. Several picnic benches are located across the expansive lawn, with enough space for everyone to soak in the views. Gas BBQ provides the option to enjoy a sundowner and feast with friends or family  
The lush grassed area provide a place for the kids to run and play, and the playground and trampoline is a kids dream  
Wash the salt and sand away in the outdoor shower

Fully self-sufficient modern studio with tiled flooring offers a living zone with a lounge, smart TV and 6-seater dining table. Functional kitchenette features a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and 2 hob electric hotplate. Two ceiling fans and an air conditioning unit provides optimal climate control.Also features a bedroom with queen bed, c/f and built in robe, and a second bedroom with two king single beds, c/f and built in robe.
