Perfectly positioned for a weekend getaway or an extended stay to explore the southwest. The home is equipped with reverse cycle a/c to keep you comfortable all year round. Bright, spacious, open plan design for the whole group to enjoy. Walking distance to the famous Busselton Jetty foreshore \~ 1.4km. Head out for a bit of retail therapy or wine and dine at the various restaurants nearby (Queen St) \~ 950m The space Your family will have access to 2 large bedrooms with a/c in each room, large sliding robes and block out curtains for room darkening and insulation. \*\*Bedroom 2 can be booked as Queen bed or 2x singles. Please advise preference when booking. The open plan kitchen, dining, living area allows the whole family to interact with plenty of space. This space is also fitted with reverse cycle a/c. Also available for your convenience is a seperate TV room with treadmill and vibration machine. Bright and Breezy \~ Large sliding doors and windows to make the most of the natural light. Front and rear of the house fitted with security screen doors allowing you to open up the house and enjoy the breeze that flows through. \*\*This house is also available as a 4x2 or 3x1 configuration (separate listings on AirBnB) Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. \*\*Please note: This is a 4BR house - the other bedrooms will be locked when booked as 2x1 configuration.
