Place is listed with a sofa bed, no sofa bed when we stood there which we were counting on for one of the kids. No AC units in any of the bedroom, one big unit for the living room. Listed with atleast 1 king side bed, none of the bedrooms had a king side bed, the first floor bathroom stand up shower has paint or is pealing from below none of us used it because I did not want to expose my kids to lead paint as I did not know what that was, leaving 6 guest with only 1 shower the upstairs one. Overal if you are traveling with adults it’s a nice quiet place, the host is responsive to text communication.
