This impressive villa (400sqm) is located on the edge of a hilltop town only 21km from Trapani. On the west coast of Sicily there are wonderful places to visit such as the medieval old town centre of Erice, Zingaro's nature reserve the impressive temple of Segesta, the islands of Egadi and Mozia, Marsala's salt pans and the beautiful Trapani.

This magnificent villa is located in a quiet but not secluded position and has stunning views of the vineyards and countryside. It has spacious terraces and a wonderful private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.3 - 2.3m deep; open from January 1st to December 31st; salt purification) with hydro-massage corner where guests can enjoy this lovely landscape. A few metres away from the pool there is a hot tub jacuzzi, a loggia with relax area, a pergola with an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and dining area, and a fitness area with bathroom and shower. The rooms are generously built giving guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The interior decoration is a tasteful combination of contemporary and antique furniture that have been chosen with great care. The eight bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are furnished in a charming country style and are equipped with air conditioning, mini-bar and LCD television.
