### Country villa with pool in Buseto Palizzolo

Sikè is a modern and comfortable Villa with a private swimming pool, on the confines of Buseto Palizzolo near Trapani. Located in a quiet residential setting, the residence overlooks a manicured garden overlooking the countryside replete with a splendid swimming pool along with spacious and sunny terraces, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Made with natural and innovative materials, Sikè perfectly combines comfort and technology, aesthetics and design. Designed to be eco-sustainable, the residence has a photovoltaic system and a Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) system. The large, well-equipped outdoor spaces are joined by cosy interiors, tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts, including air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, an espresso machine and American coffee maker, barbecue, outdoor shower and private parking. The house is spread across a single level and consists of a living-dining room with kitchen, a bathroom and three comfortable double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Sikè is even an excellent starting point to easily drive to the most beautiful places in western Sicily such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, Segesta, Gibellina, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
