Huge room, extra large bathroom, heated floors, and lots of amenities. However, the comfort of the mattresses is very inconsistent. I was traveling with my partner and father, and booked two rooms. While my partner and I had a very comfortable mattress, my dads was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We aren't picky with mattresses either, but his was near unbearable. His tv also wasn't working while ours was. If it hadn't been for these inconsistencies between the rooms, I'd have no complaints. Coffee (not Starbucks as mentioned in some of the review) was served 24 hours. Need to travel uphill but still convenient to nearby attractions and Nampo subway. Room was pretty small and hard to open 2 luggages and toilet bowl will be wet after shower. No cabinet and only 2-3 hangers provided which I guess quite common for Busan hotel. Dust fell down for the first time when I turned on the aircon and dirtied the bedsheet, hotel was prompt to change it.
