The room has a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. 2 people can stay well and enjoy simple cooking, washing clothes, and buying foods from 3 convenient stores nearby. Though, Its location is not optimal for tourists in Busan. Without a taxi app, it will be challenging to move around.

The location and room were great. Beddings were comfortable, amenities were nice, and I loved having the convenience of using the washer, stove, and microwave! However, if I had to share something that needed improvement, it would be the smell that would creep into the room (maybe from the drains) and the gnats that would come in through somewhere. Other than that, everything was great and I would still come back to stay with El Stay again!

The room was clean. Has all the amenities necessary. However the corridors had puddles when we arrived that seemed to have not been tended to. The mats outside the elevators are incredibly hideous.The location is not best for tourists. It is far from any attractions. Worst still, the images they indicated of their surrounding are NOT in the surrounding and are rather several kilometres away. The property is listed as having a pool which is technically true however it does not belong to El Stay Hotel. Its a rooftop bar and you have to pay for entry. All this is rather deceiving. It was very difficult to get a hold of the staff because they aren't any on the property. At least not any we could see. The elevator manual says they are on the third floor but there is no front desk there. It is incredibly difficult to communicate with them if you dont speak the language

볕이 아주 잘 들어오네요. 창틀 먼지만 청소해 주시면 더할나위 없을듯요. 침대 머리싱판이 있었으면.... 침대 매트리스, 침구 5성급이네요...

フロントデスクがないことなど、エクスペディアで説明がなく、メールで初めてセルフチェックインであることが伝えられた。さらに、チェックイン情報が送られてこず、前日の夜にExpedia経由で連絡して初めて送られてきた。別の旅行代理店で予約した友人は、当日になっても連絡がつかず困っていた。部屋の中にも、ほとんど情報がなく、ベッドメーキングや清掃もなかった。
