The room was clean. Has all the amenities necessary. However the corridors had puddles when we arrived that seemed to have not been tended to. The mats outside the elevators are incredibly hideous.The location is not best for tourists. It is far from any attractions. Worst still, the images they indicated of their surrounding are NOT in the surrounding and are rather several kilometres away. The property is listed as having a pool which is technically true however it does not belong to El Stay Hotel. Its a rooftop bar and you have to pay for entry. All this is rather deceiving. It was very difficult to get a hold of the staff because they aren't any on the property. At least not any we could see. The elevator manual says they are on the third floor but there is no front desk there. It is incredibly difficult to communicate with them if you dont speak the language
