O complicado era agendar a limpeza já que o atendimento pelo app era remoto em Seul e precisava falar pessoalmente na recepção do hotel em Busan. Porém esse atendimento era só a partir das 10h. Todos os dias deixavam toalhas novas na porta, mesmo não solicitando a troca, mas não entravam para a limpeza. O predio tem mais um ou 2 hotéis juntos o que é um pouco confuso. O quarto é tipo um flat, tem geladeira, maquina de lavar, mas essa você não pode usar.
