"The staff was friendly and helpful and facility and our room were clean, but overall they needed a lot of minor repairs. For example: the elevator was slow and shaky, the luggage trolley wheels jammed making it hard to use, our bathroom door handle would not latch, and bathroom sink would drain slowly. ..."
