Rum - rummet var snyggt inrett, hade en otrolig utsikt och en väldigt skön säng. Dock kändes det inte ordentligt städat när vi anlände, tomma flaskor från föregående gäst bland annat, trasig strandväska samt badrumsspegel som hängde på sniskan. Sammantaget sänkte det helhetsintrycket. Service - när man bor på ett hotell förväntar man sig någon form av bemötande när man anländer. Vi anlände vid 15.00 som var utsatt incheckningstid (efter att ha gått 15 minuter från parkeringen och släpat väskor) för att möta ett tomt hus utan någon reception eller personal. Tips för framtiden är att shuttle bör ingå för hotellgäster givet att priset är 2000kr per natt och att hotellet inte har så många gäster. Vi fick själva leta reda på ett nummer till någon som kunde hjälpa oss att checka in. När personal till slut kom var bemötandet trevligt men något oengagerat. Vi fick ta reda på all information gällande utcheckning, frukost, middag etc själva. Till middagen förstod vi att den var i ladan och inte i matsalen, vilket var något av en besvikelse givet marknadsföringen av att sitta och kolla solnedgången vid vattnet till middagen. Maten i sig var vällagad och god men det hade behövts fler i servisen. Nu blev det lång väntetid mellan att få beställa, få in förrätt och varmrätt. I övrigt en väldigt trevlig ung servitör som gjorde sitt bästa för att hinna med samtliga gäster. Rum fint inredda, däremot väldigt lyhört, samt att det inte framgick på Hotels att badrum låg utanför rummet på just de vi bokat. Värt att veta att det tar ca 15 min att promenera till boendet, vilket vi visste innan så inga större problem. Bra frukost, allt man egentligen behöver. Trevlig personal från restaurangen, dock att vi fick navigera lite själva då det var otydligt vem som ansvarade för hotellet. Vilket gör att det inte känns som ett hotell så som de marknadsförs utan som ett faktiskt pensionat. Allt beläget i ett gammalt kalkbruk. Helt klart charmerande med jättefin utsikt över en havsvik även om rummen har en ganska rustik känsla. Det tråkiga är att servicen är minst sagt slapp. Det börjar med att man måste promenera 15 minuter längst grusvägar till och från hotellet. Vägen är också mycket dåligt skyltad så det är lätt att gå fel och hamna i ett gammalt grustag. Eftersom vi skulle åka tidigt på morgonen bad vi att få en påse med vår frukost. Vi blev hänvisade till caféet och personalen där plockade ihop en frukost. Denna skulle de ställa i ett kylskåp på hotellet. Efter middag i restaurangen så visade servitrisen oss kylskåpet som då var tomt. På fråga svarade hon att hon skulle hämta påsen från caféet och ställa den i kylskåpet när hon slutade. När vi kom för att hämta vår påse på morgonen så var kylskåpet till vår stora förvåning tomt. Bungenäs badhotell är bland det bästa jag bott på, kan vara det bästa! Reste med min 5-åring så det trodde det kanske var lite för lugn atmosfär för han men det blev perfekt, han kom ner i det lugnet en förälder kan önska :) Personalen så himla trevliga, mysiga och charmiga rum som hade det som man behövde. God frukost och bra luncher och middagar! Att man behövde ta sig 10 min från parkeringen var inga problem! Superlitet badrum inrett i en kattvind med spruckna kakelfogar som tog in massa vatten. Bäddade inte extrasäng som överenskommet. Kom med fuktiga lakan och handduk som jag fick gå ner och klaga på. Maten kom in kall på kvällen så den fick vi också klaga på. Ingen som ordentligt svarade på frågor vi hade. Oerhört störande med karaoke kl. 01:30 på natten. Bara kallt utbud till frukost. Absolut inga förvaringsmöjligheter vare sig i rum eller badrum. Ingen städning på tre dagar och nätter.
