This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay. We used the kayaks and sat out on the dock to enjoy the water views. The house was well stocked with basic supplies, games, sufficient towels, linens, and extra blankets, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location and although there were other houses and docks nearby, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. My group of buddies and I have been doing a yearly fishing trip since 2017\. This house and stay has been our unanimous favorite so far. The house itself was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more than the four of us. The dock was really nice, plenty of electric to charge the boat batteries and could fit 2-4 bass boats if necessary. I even caught a few small largemouth when we were just hanging out down by the water. The access to both parts of the lake from an insanely close private launch is the absolute best for any fishermen coming to fish this lake. You really can’t beat this house and opportunity to fish it so easily. Our group of four with two boats caught over 300 largemouth and even brought in a fish of a lifetime, a 7.5 lb largemouth. It was our most memorable trip yet and we are so thankful for that. We usually don’t visit the same place two years in a row but for this house we hope to make an exception! ##### Josh H. And even better, the hosts paid attention to so many little details which made us feel so much more at home! The linen and beds were comfortable. The towels were nice.
