Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or after checking out. She pretended to not know a word of English when she was dealing with me but yet I heard her speaking some English later. She put me in a room on the top floor and it seems that's where the motors for the elevator were and it was too noisy to sleep, guests were using the elevator till about 2 am and then started again at 6 am. Both morning clerks were very friendly and treated me with respect, if it were not for the morning staff I would have checked out after the first night.
