Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer 's studios. Building of only 16 exclusive apartments with swimming pool, solarium, laundry and belvedere salon. Duplex with balcony of open views. Fully equipped: Air conditioning, cold-heat in all rooms, Two LCD 32" LCD TV, safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and cable TV Two comfortable bedrooms offers in the master a queen bed and in the second bedroom one queen bed/single beds (if you advise in advance it is possible to separate the double bed leaving two single beds), cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, oven & stove top, pots & pans. The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette. On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, tables and chairs and laundry One level more by stairs you find a small pool with solarium The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, water, final cleaning service.
