Duplex apartment on two floors, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Buenos Aires. This elegant and peaceful apartment combines modern style with exceptional comfort. With a privileged location in Las Cañitas, where you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars, and beautiful streets with lots of greenery. The duplex has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, while the lower floor features the living room, dining room, a toilet, and the kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed, while the other has two single beds and a third trundle bed, which can be pulled out from underneath. This charming duplex is located on a tree-lined street in the famous Las Cañitas neighborhood. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home: from bedding to kitchen utensils, and even a Smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy pleasant evening strolls around the neighborhood and take advantage of its excellent location, close to public transportation, parks, and tourist attractions during the day. We look forward to welcoming you! You will have access to all areas of the apartment. We're available before, during, and after your stay, through your preferred communication channel! This apartment is in a great area in Las Cañitas. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, like Pizzería Romario, La Estrella Federal, Tonno Cañitas, and Novecento Cañitas. If you enjoy shopping, you have Shopping Arcos and Shopping El Solar close by. There's also a nice place to walk and relax at Paseo Arzoumanian, and right next to it is the Asociación Argentina de Polo, where you can watch polo matches. If you're interested in history, you can visit the Museo Histórico del Regimiento de Infantería 1 "Patricios". For going to the movies, there's one at Shopping El Solar. Also, if you need medical attention, there are nearby hospitals like Hospital Rivadavia and Hospital Militar, and a pharmacy called Jockey Club is just a block away. Getting around the city is easy too, with many bus stops on Avenida Luis María Campos. With all these options nearby, this apartment is perfect for enjoying Las Cañitas. Although parking is not included in the accommodation, you'll find several valet parking services in the area at affordable prices. Additionally, you'll have convenient access to public transportation, with multiple bus lines on Avenida Luis María Campos. The Ministro Carranza train and subway stations are located about 8 blocks away. Kids enjoyed Netflix on idle time and we found ourselves close to places within walking distance, but careful... what looks like a short walk could be endless sometimes. The owners were on point with communication before and during our stay. They were able to accommodate us for early check in and late check out. We loved that place so much that we had a feeling when leaving. This neighborhood can somehow be active at nights, not surr if you are looking for a quiet place, but that's only in the mornings. However remember that this is a place to get a shower, sleep while making your family secure. I will definitely comeback to Cañitas. I am looking forward to working with Pablo and Pilar again in the future.Thank you for being so attentive with us. ##### Jorge B.
