Newly furnished apartment in a premium tower in Palermo Soho. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom offers two singles or a queen. The living room with a sofa bed open to a heated private terrace with a small electric BBQ. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area with washer-dryer, 300mbps WiFi, and Smart TVs. The building offers 24-hour security, pool, BBQ area, gym, saunas, and a rooftop terrace with a heated pool and hot tub with amazing views!  
  
Welcome to this newly furnished two-bedroom apartment in a premium tower located in the vibrant heart of Palermo Soho.  
  
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a safebox, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed. Both the living room and the second bedroom offer direct access to a spacious, heated private terrace, perfect for relaxing or grilling with the small electric BBQ. The living room also includes a large sofa bed, suitable for one adult or child. Keep in mind that the living room, where the sofa bed is located, does not have blackout shades. All rooms come equipped with Smart TVs and individual AC units for both heating and cooling.  
  
The apartment features one full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional half bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry area which includes a washer-dryer.
