Hello, we are Pilar and Pablo, thank you for choosing our apartment!  
  
A bright studio designed with style and equipped for total comfort, ideal for one or two people. Its balcony overlooks an inner courtyard with a spacious, green view.

The space features a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality bedding, a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more platforms, air conditioning (hot/cold), and excellent WiFi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, and bidet. Additionally, the building offers shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, a barbecue grill, and a multipurpose room for meetings.  
  
The decoration makes the space special, ensuring guests feel comfortable in a pleasant environment that was carefully designed with their stay in mind.

You will enjoy the neighborhood a lot, both its beautiful streets and the variety of things to do: museums, cinemas, green spaces, restaurants, and bars.  
  
Just a few meters away, you'll find yourself on the important avenues of Callao, Santa Fe, and Las Heras, where you'll find a variety of bus lines. Additionally, you can easily hail taxis or use other companies like Uber and Cabify.
