Porém, tive sérios problemas com o banheiro. A banheira estava com vazamento e molhava o banheiro inteiro, o que tornou a estadia bem desconfortável. Todos os dias precisei pedir toalhas extras apenas para secar o chão e, quando não nos forneciam, eu e meu namorado precisávamos nos secar com a mesma toalha, já que as outras ficavam encharcadas. Entrei em contato com o proprietário e relatei o problema diversas vezes aqui na plataforma, mas nada foi resolvido. O hotéis.com até tentou intermediar, porém não tomaram nenhuma providência efetiva.
