Our room (3032) was just perfect with a direct sea view as well as of the old town to our left. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was such a relaxing place to spend a day, and just wish we had more time to explore the area better. The breakfast was varied and good, not great. But I’m being picky here with that. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. Staff is rude and doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. There was a bird in the restaurant every morning flying around. Even sat on the tables. They don’t have covers for the food so flies were sitting on the food. One of the elevators is broken and no time frame when it will be fixed. Rooms are a bit outdated and housekeeping does minimal when cleaning the room. There is no coffee pot in the room. So you can’t make coffee in the room. They have crazy rules no outside food or drink. The front desk service is abrupt and a bit rough around the edges. The rooms are just ok - kind of bare bones not decorated much. Overall the people weren't very friendly. The people running the rentals on the beach were especially rude. The town is pretty and there are some nice restaurants. Just seems like people there aren't very happy and the hotel feels a bit prison-like.
