Great value for money

Location were very nice, right next to the beach. I was positively surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room as well. I came alone, but it seemed very kid friendly with kids singing karaoke at the bar after dinner and loads of playground stuff as well.. The food is ok, but it’s what I would expect from an all inclusive buffé so no complaints. Overall it’s great value for money

The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options.

Questa struttura ha il lato positivo della formula all inclusive. A parte questo. Il personale lato bar vicino alla piscina, molto gentile e cordiale. Una piscina non grande ma piacevole. Mentre il personale lato ristorazione, sinceramente bocciato per la loro poca gentilezza e cordialità. Intrattenimento notturno pari a zero, ma se si è forniti di auto, in 10 min si è a San Teodoro e altre belle zone. Lato mare, troppe rocce e alghe. Lato camere, carine, andrebbe fatta un po’ di rinnovamento, ma tutto sommato confortevoli. Ma tutto sommato, in alta stagione, ha un prezzo abbastanza onesto. È per chi vuole rimanere in pace o usarlo come punto per poi spostarsi nell’hinterland

Siamo stati sistemati il primo giorno in una camera doppia standard, nonostante avessimo prenotato una doppia superior (più spaziosa e più costosa), in quanto il personale ci ha riferito di aver avuto problemi col sito di expedia che aveva generato over booking di prenotazioni (noi avevamo prenotsto ad aprile). Devo dire che il personale però è stato molto gentile e scusandosi per l'accaduto, il responsabile il giorno dopo ci ha subito sistemati in una tripla superior. La struttura è bella, camere comode, giardini curati, personale gentilissimo dai receptionist, ai baristi, al personale del ristorante. Unica cosa da migliorare è la pulizia nelle camere: non basta cambiare il tappetino della doccia e rifare il letto, sarebbe opportuno pulire bene anche a terra. Siamo capitati in una settimana dove dalle 18 la sera

Ottimo Resort, scelto per un week-end diverso, per staccare dalla routine. Personale gentilissimo, tutti molto disponibili e pronti a dare consigli su quali località visitare. Il cibo molto buono e vario. Ottima la possibilità di fare merenda direttamente a bordo piscina. Noi avevamo l'all-inclusive e devo dire che è stato davvero ottima, molta scelta di bevande alcoliche e analcoliche al bicchiere. Davvero soddisfatto. Ci ritornerò non appena possibile. Unico appunto, attenti al check-out, sono molto fiscali sull'orario per lasciare la camera, infatti siamo stati contattati in camera a soli 10 minuti di ritardo.

Anreise mit dem Auto schwierig, da nie Parkplätze frei waren. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Restaurant und es war als würden die Personen im Restaurant auf unserem Balkon sitzen, null Privatsphäre… Das Restaurant war super chaotisch, es waren nie abgeräumte Tische vorhanden auch wenn schon fast keiner mehr da war, das Essen war nicht wirklich gut, alles wie in einer Massenabfertigung. Wasser bekam man nur eine 0,5l Flasche beim Einzug danach nichts mehr, an der Bar wurde man abgewiesen da man das Wasser für die “Drinks” benötigt…. traurig wenn man nichtmal Wasser bekommt. Wein schmeckt mehr nach Essig und wird warm serviert. Wir waren zum Glück nur 4 Nächte, eine Woche würde man es nicht aushalten!!! Würdem wir keinem unserer Freunde empfehlen.

Logo quando chegamos tivemos problemas com o checkin, não encontravam minha reserva do Hoteis.com. Tive que mostrar itinerario, deixar meus passaportes na recepcao. Apenas algumas horas depois me ligaram e disseram para passar na recepcao que agora a reserva estava tudo certo e poderia buscar a chave do meu quarto. Quando chegamos no final da tarde não tinha nenhuma opcao de comida, a opcao de restaurante que tinha aberto no horário já basicamente não tinha comida pra servir. O rapaz desse restaurante, chamado chosquito fez o possível com o que tinha para que não ficassemos com fome. O hotel em si é all inclusive, legal, mas não é adults only, então tem muita criança, o publico não é o mais animado. A comida do buffet era incrível. Conseguimos também fazer uma reserva no restaurante proximo à praia para jantar. Não recomendo, o buffet é melhor. As bebidas tavam ok, nada demais. Nosso quarto era otimo, MASSS o ar condicionado não gelava e estava extremamente calor

weitläufige Anlage ( vom Strand bis zum Pool ca 10 min) . Wir hatten ein modernisiertes Zimmer und auch ausreichend Platz mit 2 Personen (DZX2). Personal war immer nett und hat Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben ( deutsch, englisch) Mietwagen vor Ort buchbar. Wir waren Mitte-Ende Oktober dort. Leider hatten der Foodtruck und das Restaurant bereits geschlossen, das war sehr schade. Generell war es schon sehr leer und eher langweilig, würde daher zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr reisen. Das Essen war für meinen Geschmack sehr gut. Wer Fleischberge möchte, ist hier falsch. Hotel ist abgelegen, Mietwagen macht Sinn, Parkplätze vor Ort.

Bon hôtel à améliorer

Bon séjoir globalement dans cet hotel a taille humaine. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. La restauration est bonne. La literue est confortable et la climatisation est récente.Aquapark est génial pour les enfants, accès direct à la plage. Attention beaucoup de moustiques, guêpes et fourmis ce qui empêche de profiter le soir des extérieurs et a donné beaucoup de piqures !! L'eau est non potable et jaune clair pour la douche, il faut demander au bar pour remplir sa gourde car pas de distributeur à disposition. Beaucoup d anglais et d allemand, quasiment aucun animateur ne parle français... animation légère voire inexistante, peu d entrain de la part des animateurs pour les activites proposées. Hotel calme, adapté pour le repos, véhicule indispensable car isolé. Rapport qualité/prix trop élevé
