The property has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, an open plan kitchen and dining area neighboring a sitting area. To the outside is off-road parking, a seating area and a shared lawned garden. Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Off-road parking for 1 car. One well behaved pet welcome. There is a hard surfaced tennis court for use of guests. The property is also adjacent to a pay per play 9 hole golf course for this property. We needn’t have worried, contactless “Check-In “ although we had a brief, distanced conversation with Jenny, cottage was spotless and cosy and ideal for the 2 of us. The oven took a bit of getting used to but that was “pilot error “. The settee was a little on the low side for people of a certain age but this is just a minor grumble.
