ood location. Beautiful breakfast

I liked it and will use again if go to Widemouth Bay. The beach was a reasonable walk in sw coast path. Room was small but well equipped and decorated. The breakfast was awesome!

Fantastic views. Bit let down by expedia saying I had a suite with bath & shower but ended up on arrival with attic room with only small shower cubicle in bathroom. However, views were superb, staff brilliant and food superb.

Hotel was ok but rooms need tlc shower curtains are a thing of the past very very small and when your a resident you should be given a table to have your evening meals on where as outsiders seem to take priority

Coastal Stop Over

One night stop over, basic room but ideally for what we needed. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant/bar downstairs was excellent. Good and drinks delicious. Fully recommend. Perfectly located 45 min walk into Bude but along the coastal path with superb views.

Poor weather. But this is a fabulous place to stay on the edge of Bude. Staff very friendly and attentive. They go over and above for the residents. Food fabulous. Outside area super, but weather dependant. The breakfast is the best we have had. Not massive but quality. Th only downfall with this hotel is that they forgot to charge our meal. But we did pay for it following a phone call after looking at our bill and realising that the meal had been left off but the drinks were on?!I %😂😂😂 Would we stay again. MOST DEFINITELY Yes we recommend this hotel 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic hotel .... staff were brilliant and the door was utterly amazing! Breakfast was delightful! This was one of these occasions when the stay in a hotel was truly perfect

Stayed in room 1 which happened to be above kitchen so after restaurant closed etc the noise etc while it was being cleaned up was horrendous and possibly worst night sleep I’ve experienced in a hotel&considering room was £130 for a single night I wouldn’t stay in that particular room free of charge again so this needs to be looked at. The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was good.

Location fantastic, but a few issues to iron out.

The weather was amazing, the location fantastic but sadly there were a few things in the hotel that could have made our stay better. The bed we both found uncomfortable, there was no space for hanging anything up in the shower and we felt breakfast was too early a finish at 9.30 on a Sunday.

Excellent position on the coast road. Good fresh food in the restaurant. Only disappointment was the shower in my room which was weak and not very hot but that's not a massive problem as I was only there for one night.

A little Haven

Good country location, cliff walks across the road, bus service from Bude to Boscastle that stops at hotel (request stop). Large Car park. Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Restaurant is good value. The gym is well equipped with showers and sauna. Rooms are clean and comfortable, coffee/ tea making facility in rooms. Wi fi if you want it. Altogether is was a great place to stay.
