- A compact two bedroom barn conversion within a development of 8 units with access to a shared tennis court. To the ground floor is an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a back door onto the private garden which overlooks the golf course to the sea. To the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The property is next door to Ivyleaf golf course and within 5-10 mins drive of plenty of beaches.
