Sleeps 6, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 King, 1 queen, 2 twin beds(installed when requested). If you are looking for a location that is easy access, easy transportation, quiet and well equipped look no further. The Space: This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed in each room. When requested we can install two twin beds on bedframes that are comfortable full mattress's. The best suited location for the extra beds are as shown in the photos 1 in master bedroom by sliding glass door, 1 in living room by sliding glass door. \*\*As of April 1st 2026 this property is for sale, we do not anticipate very many showings so disruptions would be very minimal. By renting the apartment you are agreeing to these terms: to allow showings during these pre-specified dates/times if needed, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Between the hours of 11am-4PM, with minimum 24 hour notice. Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out. Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM. We do not offer check out past 11AM. Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM. Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis. After Hours Check In Policy: Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier. Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM. If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival. If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. The water situation was a bit frustrating, we had undrinkable water and hard to shower with salty water, the desal was not working apparently while we were there, and we had to buy a weeks worth of drinking water. We loved our stay at this condo at Bucerias! Communication was always prompt and thorough prior to arrival, and the check-in process was so great and easy and she was so lovely, and the same thing on the way out for checkout. The unit itself had everything we needed. The only complaint we had which was minor was that the water does not taste good and you do need to either buy water from the front concierge or use bottled water, even though there is a filtration water system in the unit.
