The 3 other cabins are: Arboles, Rincon and Hartwood GATHER One story, open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows + sliding doors run full length of cabin, sliding doors open to 700 sq ft deck. We provide a convenient Pack and Play for your little one’s comfort, as well as a highchair to make mealtime easier during your stay. EAT Leathered granite counters + island with barstool seating, open shelving + closed cabinets, designated pantry space, farmhouse sink, fully stocked kitchen. RETREAT One primary suite with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms with king beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout. ESCAPE 700 sq. ft. deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. Gas fire pit + grill on deck, both hard lined to propane. The cabins in Woodland Hills are truly changing the game in Broken Bow with custom designs. If you've stayed in Broken Bow before, you'll know the feel of Woodland Hills is truly special! "Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt." The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a dirt road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. It's completely doable in smaller sedan-like cars, but you may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook. Coba has (2) exterior cameras that are monitored for security purposes. \*\*Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.\*\* Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals. The photos accurately depict the cabin. The only issue we had was unreliable wi-fi, but that’s to be expected. It would have been nice to have a fridge with an icemaker, but not a deal breaker. So don’t expect to run to town. Get everything you need & plan accordingly. Smoke detectors are (putting it mildly) extremely sensitive which we have up & did strictly outside cooking. If you want to cook nice meals bring pots, pans, & salt & pepper. We initially used Google Maps which took us on a dirt road through a private property where a man was sitting in his Jeep and hunting (talk about a close call). The property manager quickly returned our call and texted directions! The cabin is definitely off the beaten path and I would recommend bringing your food, snacks, drinks, etc with you. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals from dishes, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, pots/pans, paper towels, etc. There is not an ice machine but ice trays are available. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toliet paper, and plenty of towels. The house layout was perfect for our family of 5\. There was room to put away clothes in an armoire with shelves. The beds were comfortable but did not have black metal farmhouse frames like pictured. The mattress kept moving away from the wall and the pillows kept getting wedged between the wall and gap which made it difficult to sleep. The hot tube was great and the kids used it multiple times. There was enough wood available for two fires in the fire pit. I would recommend the house including an outdoor game such as corn hole since you are stuck out there and have lots of time together! Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tyler H. 18 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Stay Everything we hoped for. Cabin was clean, modern and easy to use. Communication with the property manager was excellent! The only surprise was the cabin really is off the beaten path. They are transparent about this but it sure is a long, rugged haul down the dirt road. I ended up with a flat tire. But luckily there are several quick and friendly car repair places in town.
