R-N-R- Broken Bow/Hochatown- 2bd - Sleeps 8
Have you ever experienced a vacation getaway in a real log cabin? Now is your chance with the addition of our latest cabin! The R-N-R Log Cabin is constructed of huge, gorgeous logs shipped here from Montana. The logs are reclaimed from standing dead trees on the outskirts of forest fires (no live trees).
R-N-R Log Cabin is an eclectic mix of rustic, elegance and modern amenities. This beautiful log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is pet friendly.
R-N-R Log Cabin is located off 259-A, less than a mile from the Dam, close to all Broken Bow attractions including the lake, wineries, breweries and restaurants on a acre lot full of towering hard wood trees and a huge circular driveway, great for maneuvering boat and toy trailers with more than ample parking.
Upon entering R-N-R Log Cabin through the mahogany and stained glass front door into the Great Room, there is a 21 foot wall of windows overlooking the front yard, a direct-vent gas stove (seasonally available), 55 inch Smart TV, custom built “log” array Bluetooth speakers & subwoofer that allow you to listen to your music, comfortable leather couch and loveseat, custom made coffee table, custom made wood slab (with river glass and turquoise inlays) dining booth that seats up to 8, custom made breakfast bar and pub high table with bar stools.
Now you are cooking with gas! R-N-R Log Cabin has a top of the line gourmet kitchen which includes a gas cooktop with a griddle, stainless appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked spice rack, French door refrigerator with filtered hot & cold water and ice in the door, double convection and microwave oven and dishwasher.
Game on! The vaulted ceiling loft area above the kitchen of the R-N-R Log Cabin is perfect for the kids/teens. There are 4 twin beds (2 trundles), Marvel Air Hockey table, Foosball table and a Sega Game station with 85 built-in games to play from the bean bag chairs in front of the 32 inch Smart TV.
Are you feeling more Indian or Cowboy? R-N-R Log Cabin has 2 vaulted ceiling Master Suites one Indian and one Cowboy décor, both with his and her glass enclosed double showers that boast rainfall/waterfall LED shower heads, his and her vessel bowl sinks with granite counter tops, a private toilet closet, a gorgeous soaker spa tub complete with waterfall faucet and chandelier overhead. Each Master bedroom has its own 49” Smart TV, King size bed, Fire & Ice LED fireplace that provide year-round ambiance with the “no heat” setting and private deck entrance.
Get outdoors and enjoy the 65 foot covered deck on the R-N-R Log Cabin with 4 ceiling fans, lots of lights and a huge 2-story log peak called a “wagon-wheel”, couch and coffee table, counter high table with 4 stools, 6 person hot tub with LED lighting, Bluetooth speakers & subwoofer that allow you to listen to your music, fluffy Spa towels are provided for guests to use at the cabin and privacy louvers surround the hot tub that can be opened or shut.
You can grill out in any weather here because the R-N-R Log Cabin has a covered gazebo with a ceiling fan and a light that houses the charcoal grill and a picnic table that seats 8.
Ready for some star gazing and s’mores? R-N-R Log Cabin has a huge Cowboy Cooker Fire Pit that is up off the ground, and has a grate that allows you to cook your tinfoil wrapped s’mores right on top! It is surrounded by 4 custom made, comfortable wooden Adirondack chairs with wide armrests for your drinks and snacks! Great location, well stocked, comfy bedding, nice hot tub and loved that it has a double master situation. Will definitely recommend and plan return trip.
The RNR was perfect for our family! The house had a great layout and was furnished with all the things we needed. We loved enjoying coffee on the back deck in the mornings. Great location to access the state park and Choctaw Landing. We highly recommend and hope to return.
We originally were going to have my sister, niece, and nephew stay with us but plans changed and it was just my husband, son, and I. We all had fun playing corn hole and air hockey during our stay. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Hot tub did seem to only have half of the jets in working order, but it was fine for the 3 of us. The cabin could use a good deep cleaning, especially the kitchen cabinets, but overall was well kept and tidy.
The cabin and location was relaxing and great! The only complaint was the road coming into the community of the cabins. Very rough with large potholes. Otherwise we can’t wait to come back!!!!
Place was exactly what it described online. Loved the layout. The only downfall was that there was pet hair all over the floor and dust on all services and there was a very strong overwhelming odor of polyurethane when we arrived. It would have been nice to be notified that the logs were being treated prior to our arrival. It would be beneficial if the cabin had a deep cleaning after checkout. We swept the floors when we arrived and there was lots of pet hair and dirt that we swept up from previous tenants. The rugs in the bathrooms had hair all over them and there was hair in the drains, tubs were dirty and there was lots of things floating in the hot tub. A deep cleaning prior to arrival would have been a definite 5 star stay. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids begged to come back to that cabin!! Loved the amenities and layout of the cabin!!! A good first trip to the area.
Nice, relaxing stay with extras like corn hole, play set, air hockey, fire pit, grill and the hot tub to enjoy was a great bonus for the kids durning “down time”. The double master was a pleasant surprise as well! Location was perfect! Highly recommend this cabin!
The cabin was exactly as described - Very family friendly and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is a short drive to the lake and to Hochatown.
This house is perfect with two master's and a game room/kids loft. We loved the openess and space of the kitchen and eat in areas. Patio is very large and lots for the kids and adults to do.
Cabin wa beautiful. Stay was nice. Pictures and listing were pretty accurate. Listing had a gas grill to be there, but was charcoal. This was not a big deal. The hot tub had a minor issue, but it was ok. I would definitely go back for a stay, and do recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.
Great place to spend a few days, great location and much bigger than the pictures make it look. The one and only complaint I might have would be that the circle driveway was not a circle driveway anymore due to what look like a washout on one side from rain I assume. This should be addressed or mentioned in the advertising in the event renters are bringing boats, etc. But we made do with it. Yard needs attention with high grass. But besides that, the cabin is really nice and one of my favorites from the 10 times I have stayed in BB. Also to add, the road from both directions are absolutely in total failure with potholes. This should be addressed asap, it was a big annoyance, but this is no fault to the cabin folks.

Weekend Stay
I truly do want to thank them for allowing us to stay there and everything. It was fun and we did enjoy it. However, it took them awhile to get back to me from my first message. I sent multiple messages actually. They did finally get back to me though, with a very short message. So I do appreciate that. Don’t get me wrong it was fun and our girls enjoyed the game room and everything. We did enjoy it. I think making them aware of the coffee maker not working, the washer not working. The filter for the refrigerator showed to be 3 years expired which it could have been changed and the message just not cleared. It made us question the cleanliness of the hot tub and so we did not want to chance it. Pots were also dirty, the road in was completely trashed with huge potholes, luckily I have an suv and was able to navigate through it. Had we been in a car we could have definitely damaged it. I can understand it’s price given the size of the cabin and location but we probably will just stay in the resort next time.
We booked to R-N-R for 4 nights over December holiday break. As expected the weather was cold and that was the fun part of the trip too - to enjoy campfire, smores - which we did.
Anyway time for a nice shower after being out in the cold weather, and with the smell of smoke from campfire on the clothes/bodies, right? Guess what - there was no hot water in two of the three baths! Some of us took turns in one bath, others gave up.. Hitting the bed also realized that there were hardly any comforters / warm blankets..! Well, we cranked up the heat, decided to inform the property office in morning and called it night.
Called Kiamichi office. They sent some blankets which was nice. And a handy man showed up. Apparently one heater that supplied the two baths had some error code. He unplugged it, plugged back. Seemed that it was not showing any error code.. hot water ensued so he left. We went about our day.
Back at night, similar routine and ..the hot water was no more.. Called next day, same man came, did same thing (plug out/in. And said that's all he could do..! Third day - same issue..We got sick of all this - and despite having paid big $$ for each night, decided to cut short our stay and head home.
It's an otherwise cozy and nice cabin. But calling maintenance daily and playing schedule around handy-man appearance.. was not our vacation plan..
Kimichi stopped responding to emails, and still have not acknowledged - let alone amended or offered any token/response...
