Been going to Broken Bow for 12 years. This was our 20th trip. One of the nicest, cleanest cabins we’ve ever stayed in while in Hochatown. Highly recommend this company.

This was a great place and house to get away to. The property was so very nice. We had a few glitches but they were taken care of. My older and younger kids are already talking about renting this same property again. A few things I would have loved more about the property would be a simi paved road or filled pot holes and a screened in back porch. But I do highly recommend it.

The house was beautiful inside and outside. We loved how they designed the bunk beds upstairs,where you didn’t have to climb a ladder but instead was stairs to reach the top bunk. We did run into issue where the cleaning service didn’t do a good job. I contacted Vacana property management and spoke with Sam to tell him about our issue. One thing I was say Vacana was on it for the quick response times and customer service. Sam was so apologetic and sent someone out to solve our problems.A lady came out at night and she lived a hour away and fixed the problem. She was apologetic as well and said they doesn’t happen and left us with a little treat for us to enjoy. Suggestions: -have more than 4 towels for the hot tub -install power outlets for the top bunks -have instructions for the washer machine
