We did a 2-night stay here for August 14-16th for a concert at the nearby BOK Center. We checked in about 11:30pm and went up to Room 620 to get settled in after a 7 hour drive. Immediately outside the elevator landing there were two fans trying to dry up whatever got wet. You could smell & feel the moisture it was awful. Our room was no better and we started negatively reacting to the mold or mycotoxins or whatever was in that room and on that floor. We didn't even unpack, we just went straight back downstairs and asked for another room. The staff was super nice and helpful and it's not their fault. They are just running the front desk and I understand that. They gave us another room 1810 and we got into that room at midnight. That room was also so stinky and moldy as well I actually took pics of the black mold from the shower tiles and also from the ceiling. We were so tired we just decided to crash in that 2nd room, knowing we had a short stay and would be checking out early Sunday morning. I went to take a shower and the handle was broken, so I had to take a cold shower. Zero hot water in that particular room. . After my shower, I went back downstairs to ask for yet another room, which would be our 3rd different room within the first 12 hours of arriving there. I told the front desk. New room, same story. Just gross. Moldy & stinky moisture smell everywhere on every floor (6th, 18th & 8th). This hotel is not sanitary and not well maintained. It's so gross!

If you have a lot of baggage, go into the underground parking from the hotel and take the elevator up. If you don’t do that, it’s all stairs.
