Briton Ferry Vacation Packages

Arrived quite late but reception was very friendly and booking in was easy. Nice sized room and bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Drinks and biscuits were provided. Very handy location for carpark (NCP) and a short walk to the stadium/castle/city centre. Checking out was easy and quick. We were even given a take away breakfast box. Thank you to Mina and all the team. We will definitely stay again.

Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre

Our room was spotless, and I enjoyed the setting, but I was very disappointed when I wanted to use the pool and was asked to pay an extra £10 per person. How can a hotel guest be expected to pay to use the hotel's own pool? I have stayed in many hotels—in Scotland, Venice, Germany, Spain—and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I found it to be in very poor taste and disrespectful to the guest!.On top of that, as a guest, you have to pay 24 pounds a day... I hope that in the future they don't start charging extra for taking a shower in your room.

Excellent hotel and great location. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff service was excellent. This is a great hotel!
