This property was cold & draughty,there was no heating! The agent refused to supply any! We needed 2 door keys,he refused to supply. He supplied no key to garage door,said we’d lost it! I finally demanded he come to the house & demonstrate that none of the keys supplied fit the door.He then produced a new key that fitted! The lounge was dark & poorly lit.It was not possible to read the paper. There were no side plates,so we had to go & buy 5\. Nasty plastic platters which were scratched & unhygienic was the owner’s solution. Insufficient clothes hangers- we had to go & buy a dozen. The floor cleaner provided is a ineffective toy- it picked up nothing but built up strings of dirt on the floor head.
