Allthough so close to everything, it is on a quiet residential street! Just decorated and refurbished - come and enjoy this perfectly located holiday apartment! Perfect for couples, business stays and families This beautiful maisonette apartment has two bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen and a double shower room. It is positioned in the perfect location of the North Laines. The open plan lounge and kitchen, has a comfy seating area and a bespoke dining area . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge and microwave, washing machine. After a busy day , relax and unwind on the comfy sofa to watch your Smart 4K ultra HD TV! Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed:-) Lounge also has a sofa bed (if this is used with 4 guests, there is an additional linen cost) please confirm when booking. The flat is private sole use just for your stay. Access is through the main front door of the house and then up to your apartment. It is a self check in with a key lock box. I am contactable via the app and also my mobile telephone. Close enough to everything but also peaceful and residential feel ! Perfect location to explore Brighton and fantastic restaurants,coffee shops and artisan bakeries. Beales is amazing for your organic juices, smoothies and breakfasts. Franco Manca, Fatto o Mano and Carluccios are all nearby as well as the Chilli Pickle and Myhotel for cocktails! Boutique , boho and vintage shops can all be found in the bustling North Laines and main high street shops and designer labels all close by in Churchill Square and East Street. Komedia comedy is also just a street away, with comedian and tribute acts along with a cinema. Minutes walk from the Brighton train station, and all the attractions. Close to Pool Valley for the buses. On the main bus routes from the Old Steine or Brighton Station. Uber and main taxis are all. Available. Car parks are situated on North Road, London Road, Trafalgar Place and Brighton Station. All NCP and Just Park. If booked in advance direct, they do offer discounts.
