This charming studio apartment is bright, clean and fresh with all the homely touches that create a welcoming and comfortable stay. It is complimented by contemporary decor throughout. Comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom with walk-in shower, king size bed and dining table. Located just a 12 minute walk from Brighton station and just a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment is located near lots of fabulous pubs & all of Brighton's attractions are reachable on foot.  
  
The Space:  
This spacious and bright studio apartment is a perfect home away from home, offering a comfortable retreat with all the essentials for a relaxing stay in Brighton.  
  
Nestled in a quiet residential area, the apartment is conveniently close to great local pubs with friendly atmospheres and quality food and drinks. With just a 12-minute walk from Brighton train station and a 15-minute stroll to the beach, you'll have easy access to all the best of Brighton, including nearby shops, cafes, the Open Market, and the vibrant North Laine area.  
  
The apartment itself has a warm, homely feel. The king-size bed, complete with fresh linens and a wall-mounted TV, ensures you’ll have a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with ample cookware, glassware, and tableware, plus complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking basics. You’ll also find a microwave for added convenience. Gather around the dining table, which seats four, for a meal or a coffee catch-up.  
  
The modern bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a bright, contemporary design with a spacious walk-in shower, a stylish tiled floor, and a selection of guest toiletries. Additional touches, like an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, are also provided for your convenience.  
  
This Brighton studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a cozy and convenient base from which to explore the city.

Guests have access to the whole apartment during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.  
Please note this studio flat is located on the ground floor, a few meters away from a road and close to a bar.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The brilliant studio flat is located in the Hanover area of Brighton which is a friendly and vibrant neighbourhood with lots going on. It's nice and quiet, but is also within easy reach of local pubs and gigs (try the music at the nearby Greys pub on Southover St!), restaurants (like Carlito's on York Place) and great independent shops a hop away in the North Laine.  
  
It's also just a short walk to Brighton beach and Palace Pier and the city centre for shopping and culture.  
  
Just a few minutes walk from the house is Queen’s Park offering a place to play, relax and take in the scenery. With a pond that sees geese, ducks and herring gulls gather daily, a playground, a cafe and even a scented garden.  
  
Nearby is another popular and lovely green space called The Level, a with a large collection of beautiful elm trees. The Level has a number of cafes, along with a children’s play area, skate park and table tennis facilities.  
  
There are many nearby shops including supermarkets on Lewes Road, which offers an eclectic mix of cafes such as Moksha, restaurants and other independent businesses.  
  
Hanover area has an array of family friendly pubs, many of which serve excellent food including Sunday roasts and regular live music.  
  
Brighton, a lively city on England’s south coast, is a blend of cultural vibrancy, historic architecture, and seaside allure. The Brighton Palace Pier, with its classic amusements, rides, and eateries, is a quintessential experience for visitors. Brighton Beach, lined with its signature colourful beach huts, is popular for sunbathing and enjoying the coastal breeze, with the tantalizing aroma of fish and chips ever-present.  
  
One of the most unique features of the city is the Royal Pavilion, a former royal residence with striking Indo-Islamic architecture and lush interiors. Surrounded by the Pavilion Gardens, it’s a stunning reminder of Brighton’s royal connections and rich history.  
  
Shopping in Brighton is unparalleled, with the bohemian North Laine full of quirky independent shops, vintage stores, and cafes, and The Lanes offering a labyrinth of alleyways filled with jewellers, boutiques, and high-end restaurants. Known for its dynamic nightlife, Brighton is home to a mix of pubs, bars, and nightclubs, as well as venues that host live music, theatre, and comedy. The city’s artistic and inclusive culture is celebrated through annual events like the Brighton Festival, Brighton Fringe, and the renowned Brighton Pride, making it a hub for creativity and acceptance.  
  
Bordered by the scenic South Downs National Park, Brighton offers not just urban excitement but also opportunities for outdoor adventure, making it an ideal destination for visitors looking for a multifaceted experience.  
  
Getting Around:  
Brighton is well-connected and accessible, making travel to and around the city straightforward, whether by train, coach, or car. For those travelling from London, regular train services run from London Victoria, London Bridge, and St Pancras International, reaching Brighton in just around an hour. The city is also conveniently close to Gatwick Airport, just a 30-minute train journey, while Heathrow Airport can be reached by coach or a combination of rail and coach services.  
If travelling by coach, National Express provides routes from London, Heathrow, and other major UK cities, arriving at Pool Valley Coach Station near the city centre and seafront. For those driving, Brighton is accessible via the A23, which links directly to London and the M25, while the A27 connects Brighton to other coastal towns. Parking in the city centre can be challenging, so using Park & Ride services or parking in larger car parks on the outskirts is often a better option.  
Once in Brighton, navigating without a car is simple. Brighton & Hove Buses operate a comprehensive bus network, serving not only the city but also surrounding areas, with day tickets and contactless payment available for added convenience. The city’s compact nature makes walking an excellent way to explore, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy distance of each other.  
Cycling is another popular option, with dedicated cycle lanes and the BTN BikeShare scheme, which allows you to hire bikes from docking stations across the city and along the seafront. For longer journeys or evening outings, taxis and rideshare services are widely available and provide a convenient mode of transport.  
For those wishing to explore beyond the city, public transport can take you to the scenic South Downs National Park and surrounding countryside. Whether you choose to walk, cycle, or use public transport, Brighton’s size and excellent connectivity make it easy to discover and enjoy everything this lively coastal city has to offer.
