Escape to this charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom holiday house, ideally situated just a short stroll from town.  
Cozy up by the fireplace on cool evenings, or enjoy the spacious, sun-drenched backyard perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. The property backs onto a picturesque walking track, offering easy access to nature and scenic strolls. Perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful retreat with the convenience of town amenities nearby.  
  
This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

Spacious, newly renovated kitchen with electric cooking and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher for your convenience.

This property has gas ducted heating, and a split system a/c provides cooling in summer and heating in winter.  
Please note this property does have a fireplace but you will need to supply your own firewood. This can be purchased at the local supermarket or service station.  
  
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT  
Sit back a relax on this large L-shaped lounge big enough for the whole family, while you sit by the fire and stream all your favourite movies and TV shows with fast WIFI.  
The main bedroom also features a desk with 2 computer monitors plus a HDMI cable to connect your own computer for those on working holidays.
