Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse holiday unit, perfectly situated in a prime location for easy access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment options. This home offers comfort and convenience, ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxed and memorable getaway.  
  
This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

BATHROOMS:  
The main bathroom is modern and spacious, featuring a shower, bathtub, and vanity, toilet is separate with an extra basin, both located upstairs.  
  
KITCHEN  
The fully equipped kitchen. located on the bottom level, is a highlight of this townhouse, providing everything you need for preparing meals just like at home. It boasts modern appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cookware, utensils, and ample counter space. There’s also a coffee maker and toaster for your morning essentials, making it easy to start each day on the right note.  
  
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT  
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-plan living and dining area designed with a cosy aesthetic. The living room features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a warm ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Large windows bring in ample natural light, enhancing the airy feel of the space. WiFi is available at this property.  
  
HEATING/COOLING  
All beds are fitted with a split system air conditioner, as well there being a split system in the downstairs living area ensuring comfort all year round.
