The primary bedroom holds a queen bed and recently remodeled ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway two additional bedrooms also hold queen beds. A small loft space overlooks the downstairs and is the perfect getaway for the kids! A queen air mattress is provided for set up in the loft for those needing to sleep 10\. To the left of the main entrance, you\`ll discover a separate door that leads into the newly added, beautifully secluded studio. As you step inside, you\`re greeted by a stunning large picture window that bathes the room in natural light and offers expansive water views. The studio is thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed, a comfortable couch, and a Smart TV, perfect for logging into your favorite streaming services and unwinding in style. Back inside the home, head downstairs and you will find the main living area with floor to ceiling windows boasting views of the water from every room! The spacious, high end kitchen is fully stocked with everything your family should need. The spacious dining room and living room hold a double sided fireplace guests are welcome to utilize! An office nook off the living room provides the perfect landscape for a calming workspace. From the Airport: \- The house is just over an hour drive from Seatac Airport. Getting to Downtown Seattle: \- You can drive around (about a hour and half) or take the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry. The ferry terminal is about 15 minutes from the house. There is a vehicle ferry that takes 55 minutes to cross, or a passenger ferry that takes 25 minutes. \- The property\`s driveway is VERY steep. Inexperienced drivers may have difficulty backing up the steep driveway. The check-in process was easy. We were notified on how to get in before we arrived. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were firm, but comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Waking up to the water views everyday was also incredible. Sitting on the deck with family and enjoying the camaraderie while we visited was also fun. I would stay here again next time we’re in town if it’s available. Everything was great. We are so glad we chose the Sound & Cedar house in Bremerton, WA. Sound & Cedar was a perfect getaway for 3 friends, one from Shoreline, WA and two from the Bay Area in California. We had a wonderful time enjoying the views and hanging out in the lovely house. Our requirements were that it was clean and had a deck with a view. Both exceeded our expectations. Private spot, great views, loved cooking and hanging in the kitchen and watching movies in the evenings. The weather was iffy but we bundled up in blankets and sat outside anyway. Great deck!! It was a lovely escape, a nice quiet place to write and connect. Thanks to Melissa for being so responsive and helping us the last night we were there. Would definitely recommend! ##### Marika B. The house is very cozy with wonderful views and windows that allow you to enjoy all the natural beauty. The beds were so comfortable and the house furnished with all you could need, with lots of special touches. The house was great but waking up and taking coffee with that view was even better. This house was perfect. A beautiful kitchen and rooms, but the deck overlooking the water was wonderful. Stayed out there for hours next to the fire pit.
