The room was substantially larger than most motels provide. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Location was convenient, easy to find and agreeable. Breakfast was very limited— coffee, tea, toast, bagel. Overall, I would stay there again.

This place has potential if it was renovated. The room was bigger than I’ve ever seen which was helpful BUT it was old. Mattress , drapes , sheets were ugly old and dirty Details matter, clean everything . The smell in the rooms was gross. , had to sleep with windows open and still didn’t help

My husband & I were looking for a place to stay that was affordable coming out of state for a family wedding. The check in process was quick & the gentleman was polite. The sign by the front office said Grand Reopening I think due to new management but there are still ALOT of things that need to be taken care of. I can conquer with other reviews that there is definitely a distinct odor in the rooms that needs to be addressed. I believe the rugs need to be ripped up and replaced. The smell is sour moldy smelling. The room overall is outdated and needs major updates. I don't feel like its in a good state to be rented to guests yet. There is peeling paint on the windows that could open but don't have screens so that's a safety issue. The shower is old and chipping, the grout is yucky. A few positives-the linens were clean, the bed was comfy, mini fridge works, TV works. It just seems like most things were just thrown together and not alot of care was given. I realize price wise this place is on the lower end but I would want to be proud of an establishment I'm renting out. Maybe I'm just built differently. Its true what they say you get what you pay for. We would not go back.

The rooms are quite large. There were a lot of unfinished projects going on, so the property was messy and slightly unkempt. The breakfast was terrible. Trash bags were left out attracting skunks. Price made it a 4 star.

The property has potential but the room was very dirty. The carpet was not clean, there were coffee stains all over the microwave, the shower was dirty, and there was lots of trash behind the nightstands. I usually don’t write reviews but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We could not stay because of the terrible mold and mildew. Asked for a refund from Expedia and the hotel. Hotel only refunded half $77, which is what the regular rate is. Expedia has not refunded the $77 of the total $154 charge. Will dispute the remaining charge with Expedia

Carpet, refrigerator table tops dirty. Pump shampoo and hand soap empty. Photo on Expedia must have been taken 30 years ago. Front office dirty windows dusty. Entire unit should be totally rehabilitated or torn down
