A estadia via flat em vez de hotel é mais barata.. muitas vezes compensa mesmo! Mas o nível de manutenção não tem motivo para ser tão ruim. A roupa de camo na minha estadia estava rasgadas.. não tinha um cobertor/edrodon e alguns travesseiros sequer tinha fronha. As tolhas extremamente velhas. São itens que podem ser fácilmente ajustados, mas parece que deixam ruim de propósito para justificar ser mais barato. Uma pena.

Achei um absurdo não disponibilizarem cobertas num local onde tem muitas frentes frias a noite. Fui com minha tia idosa e passamos frio. O resto foi muito bom ! Por isso achei uma bobagem a regra de não disponibilizarem o cobertor!!

Estava descrito que o flat tinha roupa de cama, porém depous da contratação recebi im e-mail dizendo que não disponibilizavam cobertor. Foi bem complicado. Depois constatei que o pé da cama estava quebrado e, por isso, estava bem inclinada. Não havia copos, nem talher, nem microondas, o que é comum nos flats. O black-out não cobria toda a janela. Ficou um pouco claro com as luzes da cidade. O senhoria não respondeu o WhatsApp que encaminhamos relatando essas situações. Estadia cheia de percalços.

A localização do hotel é excelente. O flat está precisando de uma pequena reforma. Luzes queimadas, tomadas de padrão antigo, infiltração e mofo no teto do banheiro, papel de parede descolando. As condições do quarto poderiam ser melhores.

Reserva feita por Hoteis.com. Excelente! Prático, rápido e eficaz! Porém, você é tratado de maneira diferente na hospedagem. Palavras do atendente quando solicitei algo: "Não sei! Você não fez a reserva conosco! Foi direto com o Proprietário. Deve tratar direto com ele!!!" Isso quebrou tudo o que estava excelente até o momento. Nem o ar-condicionado que estava fraco, perturbou como a resposta dada por este funcionário. Pena! Não deveria ser assim!
