The Space: Your private, covered deck is the ideal spot to enjoy the views from comfortable outdoor seating, a perfect place for morning coffee and sunset watching. Located in the luxurious StoneBridge Village, this home provides guests with access to awesome onsite amenities, plus seamless access to Branson’s top attractions. Truly, this condo is a paradise nestled in the hills of the Ozarks. Step inside and you will be welcomed with homey interiors which instantly put guests at ease. The living room is inviting with ample seating for your entire group, plus a smart tv for streaming movies and your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen is bright, modern, and designed for convenient cooking at home with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. The formal dining table is steps away with seating for 8, with additional barstool seating available at the kitchen counter. This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The room’s ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- This is a walk-in unit. \- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. \- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. \- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available. Guests will need to check in at the StoneBridge Welcome Center on the day of arrival. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. \- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use. \- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. \- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. From 19 months to 83 years old it was perfect for all! Each room with it's own bathroom was great! Very spacious and well equipped. We were able to travel with less items because they have a pack-n-play and a highchair for my grandson. Kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen appliances, utensils, dinnerware, spices and two coffee makers. Maybe some kind of TV instructions for remotes would be helpful but we were eventually able to muddle through to find game shows or movies for my mom who spent most of our stay at the condo due to mobility issues.she was comfortable there and able to maneuver around with her cane and walker.It was the perfect place for our stay and we are planning on returning soon. ##### Rebecca L. The high chair and available pack-n-play were a huge plus for a family traveling with young kids. The only issue we had was that the floors seemed to get missed on the last cleaning, but the manager was extremely responsive to my concerns and took care of it quickly. I appreciated mgmt checking in on us regularly by text and the service was great. The pools weren't really within walking distance, but were a short drive away. We liked the location close to Silver Dollar City, which made it easy to use our passes and stop in for a few hours. Overall, we had a very confortable stay and would rent this place again if we wanted to stay in the West Branson area. ##### Amanda C.
