The info on how to open the door lock is confusing. One sentence says "Your access code is: and 4 PM The door lock won't work untill after your check-in time." We could not make the code work and had to call for help. Our Schlag locks work as soon as the code is put in and will relock after 30 seconds. This lock took about 10 seconds to work which might have caused us to think the code did not work at all.2\. We sent several pictures of dirt/stuff to Brittany.3\. We could not make the TVs work. It was the first time we experienced this. One of the guests tried to use the sofa bed in the living room, but it was full of cookies and smelled terrible. We found a stained quilt in the closet that we had to wash, and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee makers in the place were not working and we needed to buy one, and there was also no toilet paper. It had everything we needed for our stay. The Master Bedroom and bathroom are large and the beds were quite comfy. The home had everything you could ask for and more! We arrived late and had trouble finding the apartment and Brittany, the property manager, immediately stopped what she was doing to help us find it. It was perfect for our group of six, very cozy and comfortable. We felt so at home after a long day of activities. The large screen tv and theater sound system were a great way for us to wind down our evenings. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Irene S.
