Bedroom #2 includes a king size beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a second-floor walkup unit with 8 steps required. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • Washer and dryer in home. • You’ll have access to pool towels, cards and games, puzzles, and a pickleball set—all included for your enjoyment during your stay. • This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the outside entry area. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. We have gone to many VRBOs and always in the past if no one had been there before, we could get in an hour earlier. When we reached out to the owner, he said we could get in for a price. Then he said they would reach out to housekeeping and maybe let us in an hour ahead. We arrived and sat outside in the hot sun waiting to hear, knowing that no one from housekeeping was there but did not give us the code until 10 minutes before check in time. However we left 3 hours before check out time, so it goes. So many positives about this place so it is too bad, this was a negative. ##### joyce s. The deck was nice (the times it was cool enough to sit out there lol, late July is hot). The large couch provided ample room for everyone to sit comfortably, and the pull out portion was perfect as a bed for our toddler. Only slightest complaint and this is nitpicking, is the internet speed on the tv. It was a bit buffery. But overall lovely place. Check in / check out was a breeze. The hosts communicated so well from the very beginning. The checkin process was easy, expectations were clear, and checkout was not overwhelming. There was calming music playing as we walked in, it was clean and smelled nice. We had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, linen closets, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and the price is unbeatable.
