• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is a 2nd-floor walkup unit with 14 steps required.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.

• A parking pass is required and is obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib available.
