We needed them to enter the property and pool area. We were told the office had to correct them but the office was only open Monday through Friday. We were there Friday through Sunday. Did not help us at all and we could never find anyone available. A very kind person let us into the pool area. And the gate manager let us in each time. So overall everything worked out great.
