The Space: This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. This home, with its cozy furnishings and nature-inspired design, is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more. This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous back patio with one of the resort’s 3 pools just beyond. Access to a swim or a lounge by the pool couldn’t be easier, with the shade of your patio steps away. This outdoor space is furnished with seating and dining table where you can enjoy snacks between swims, or share a meal al fresco. Inside the home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. In between Branson excursions and enjoying all the resort offerings, spend leisure time in the living area with large screen smart tv. Meals at home can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a coffee machine and blender for your convenience. The dining table seats 6 and is perfect for shared meals, visiting over drinks, or a night in playing cards or games. This home sleeps up to 7 guests between 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a full size bed, twin size trundle bed, and smart tv. Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. The condo we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures online. It was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed spending time there relaxing, swimming, and playing games in between all of the activities we attended. The only thing that wasn't a positive experience was when we had to communicate to the property owner that we were out of toilet paper. We stayed for 4 nights and apparently during the four night stay,we had gone through all of the toilet paper that was provided. When we reached out to the property manager to see if someone could bring more toilet paper to our condo, the property manager could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper that was provided to us. After talking to someone on the phone, they kept asking us to check the closets in both bathrooms because they could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper. They even texted us pictures of the bathroom closets with toilet paper in them. We had already checked both bathroom closets before we called the property manager, and they were empty. We felt bad that the property manager did not believe us when we said that we had used all of the toilet paper and that the property manager seemed to think that there was no way that we should have gone through all of the toilet paper. Dec 7, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication #### Just okay We have never left unsatisfactory comments on a stay before, but wanted to flag a few concerns for this property. We had a great time as a family here and it was affordable. However, there are a few things that we wish we would have known. First, the photos for the condo show that it is on ground level. However, I should have asked if it was handicap accessible. My son recently had a foot surgery and has trouble walking. There’s a flight of stairs on the front side of the condo and a fairly long walk on uneven ground for the back door. Again, this is my fault for not asking directly and just making assumptions from the photos. Second, related to accessibility – the indoor pool is a fairly steep walk from the parking lot. My husband carried our 13-year-old son up the stairs, ramps and walkways to get to the parking. There is not handicap parking at the pool. For those that are able-bodied, it is a cold walk from the outdoor hot tub to the parking spots nearby. It is just something to keep in mind. Our kids weren’t impressed with the pool – it was in a drafty greenhouse-looking structure and was it was cold. They also reported it smelled like “cats” and I’m not sure what they meant by that. Finally, the condo itself was large enough to meet the needs of our family. The appliances, countertops and bathrooms are fairly dated, but in a practical sense, they are all functioning fine. There was one piece of the flooring trim between the kitchen and the living room that was not placed correctly. It caused a lot of accidents and sometimes tripping and falling. The only problem we had was the kitchen. For a place equipped to house 7 people, it was difficult to cook for 7 people with the pots, pans and cooking accessories provided. After being there only an hour we all had black feet because the floors were so dirty. I did reach out and they sent the cleaners. They were a little better when we got back, but still not great. There were lots of cobwebs and dust bunnies around the furniture. The kitchen was hardly stocked which made it very difficult to cook any meals. There was only one kitchen towel and one wash cloth for the entire week. The broom and mop that were left in the closet were pretty old and worn out.
