Summary: Adventure and relaxation combine into one unforgettable trip. Nantucket at the Pointe is your grand welcome to the epic nature of the Ozarks and the famed entertainment of Branson. The Space: This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. Nantucket at the Pointe, with its cozy furnishings and lake-inspired design, is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more. The home’s main living space features high ceilings and comfortable seating around the fireplace and tv. Follow the natural flow of this nautical home into the fully equipped kitchen where you have all the appliances and tools you need to prepare anything from snacks to full meals. Casual dining and morning coffee can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, more formal meals can flow to the indoor eating area which seats 6, or head out to the balcony for a meal al fresco. The home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv. Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink vanity. This room also has direct access to the covered balcony space. Bedroom #3 is a bunk room with a twin bed on top and a full size bed on the bottom. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. With three young children, this made the house very uncomfortable and stressful.What made things worse was the lack of solutions. A tech came out and claimed it was working. It was running but not cooling. We had to ask for fans ourselves, and no real solution was offered. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.The home itself has potential, and in better conditions, we may have had a very different experience. We have plenty of room for our family of 4\. It had a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Nice, quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to attractions, shops and shows. The upstairs loft area was perfect for 2-3 kids (please note that it is open to the downstairs). If you are traveling with folks with limited mobility, please note that this is second story condo with no elevator and the main bathroom tub may be hard for some to get into to. We needed a spacious condo to accommodate the needs of our family of 6\. Our kids ages range from 3-16, and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and all of our kids had their own “space” to stay, the cabinets came stocked with sippy cups and child plates for toddlers and littles! There were a ton of board games for all of us and even toys for my 3 year old. Like I said, this condo met all of our needs and they thought of everything! It even had a baby gate for us to put at the bottom of the stairs, so we could keep our toddler out of the boys’ space in the evenings. They had the upstairs loft and bathroom (very spacious!)Everything was so easy, from check in to check out. The condo was very welcoming and the owners/staff did a great job of keeping in touch throughout our stay. I wish check out were a little later than 10:00 AM, but completely understand why and that they have to get it ready for the next group arriving. This condo has it all and was located in a great place! We were just a few miles from downtown on the main strip and then only a couple of miles from Silver Dollar City. Better than several others, even in same resort, as it had extra beds, so none of our kids had to share. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of room. Check in was very easy with a keypad, especially since we arrived very late at night. Beds were pretty comfy and there was a ton of towels/linens which we so appreciated being a family of 5\. Kitchen had just about everything you could need to make meals. Discovered that the can opener was broken and management company brought a replacement same night. Neighborhood was safe and clean. We appreciated the gated community and the great amenities of swimming/hot tubs/ basketball/tennis courts. We had a great stay. ##### Sarah M. It was hard for us to find the building at first. I think they must have closed a gate since the last GPS update. It sent us on the wrong street & we had to figure it out ourselves. Lol!
