Quiet during the time we were there. House well maintained and plenty of room. Easy contact with owner to set up additional dock for 2nd boat. Only issue was dock that comes with house is not within docks closest to house. We did not know this, but with golf cart it was a quick drive to dock location. Beth was very helpful and easy to work with. Branson offers a lot of different activities for everyone to choose from. The lake being so close was a big hit. The golf cart was a great plus. The house was amazing and provided plenty of room for all of us! The place was perfect, we had all the amenities we needed! This home is beautifully decorated, pristine clean, and features a well-stocked kitchen. There are so many fun options inside and outside to keep a large crowd busy. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Be aware that some of the community amenities are seasonal, so kayaks were not available for our stay in the month of March. But there were plenty of other things to keep us busy like ping pong, pickleball, fishing, and hiking. It was an all-around great place for our family reunion. ##### Phil S. Location is great near the water with cool walking trails to the dock. Hot tub was a big hit. And everyone had their own space and very comfortable lodging.
