This condo provides three spacious bedrooms, three private bathrooms, plenty of privacy for all, while the living area gives you the ideal place to enjoy the company of the others traveling with you. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and one with a king bed downstairs, each with its own private bathroom and 2 queen size beds in the upstairs bedroom also with its own private bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well. The well-equipped kitchen complete with dinnerware and full cookware gives many options for meals. A full-size washer and dryer are offered for your convenience. The wrap-around screened deck, with private access from the master suite, is the perfect place to sip your first cup of coffee of the day and plan out your activities or just relax while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Ozarks. Take a breather by the cozy fireplace as you update everyone back home with the complementary Wi-Fi. Check up on your favorite episodes or view the big game on the flat screen TVs provided in the living room and each bedroom. We are located just outside of Branson, Missouri in the gated golf community of StoneBridge Village nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Stonebridge Village is located on 3,200 acres and features the Ledgestone Championship Golf Course. Offering 3 swimming pools, 3 playgrounds, 3 tennis courts, walking trails, a catch and release lake, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and an on-site restaurant. When you rent this villa you will have access to all of these amenities. This beautiful villa is located two miles from Silver Dollar City, three miles from Indian Point Marina, on Table Rock Lake and 10 minutes from all the excitement that Branson has to offer. Whether you are traveling during the warmer months and looking for a condo that is near the lake and theme parks, or you are visiting Branson during the cooler months and want a place where you can enjoy the spectacular fall foliage or see some of the Christmas light displays, this condo offers everything you will need for your stay. Additional amenities include regular coffee maker plus a Keurig maker, iron and board, and large garden tub. There is also an outdoor grill (community shared) for your convenience. There is plenty to see and do in Branson and you are close to it all. Well-stocked kitchen, including basic supplies not typically found in vacation rentals. The place is roomy, comfortable and welcoming. Sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, and laundry facilites were great. The negatives for us were that there's no play space for tweens close by outside. You have to drive to pools and other recreation areas within a huge complex. We were in the area for softball nationals and every sports complex was a 20 to 50 minute drive, so we spent a lot of time in the car after a 7-hour drive to the area. This place would be great for a family gathering of mostly adults, especially if you like to golf. Location and lack of accessible outdoor activities for older kids made it a less than ideal choice for our family. ##### Valerie K. Owner responded quickly to questions. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. Condo was very clean. One of the best parts was all the toddler necessities. High chair, gate for stairs, pack in play, toys and books. I really appreciated the crib in the master bedroom. Short drive to Silver Dollar City. Gated community. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We were a party of 6\. They had all the cookware, crockpot, silverware and even oil, salt and pepper. It was clean and nicely decorated. Our teen girls had their own bedroom upstairs with their own bathroom. The king bedroom had enough space for us and other bedroom on the first floor was nice for our other family members. The master bathroom shower head can use an update. A small request is to have some plates that are microwaveable. We had to buy paper plates to reheat food. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishsoap were provided. The fireplace was nice. A great place to stay. ##### Kezia T. All very clean and well stocked with everything you will need to be away from your home and comfortable. Our stay was during the holiday season and every room was “decorated” in a very tasteful holiday way. We will be recommending this unit to anyone who chooses to stay in the area of Branson. The first Impression was wonderful. Loved all the Fall decorations and the home was immaculate. My daughter’s family includes a 18 month old and newborn. The baby bed, toys, high chair and even children’s eating utensils were a hit. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. ##### Diana C. Places was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short drive to Silver Dollar City. Only issue was having small children and concern about noise with unit below. Quite close to big attractions yet quiet and relaxing when you want to recharge for the next day away from the hustle and lights. This condo is super. Super clean, super furnishings, very clean, tasteful decorating, everything works, plenty of linens and towels. We had neighbors yet it was totally quiet. It was a vacation oasis. My (very discerning) wife asked whether we can bookmark this condo and remember to rebook it the next time we are in Branson. Yes! Highly recommended. Great hosts, too. ##### Matt M.
