Newly remodeled with a touch of modern elegance. We are located just around the corner from Silver Dollar City in Branson. You will love the short walk to the water with a trail along the lake to enjoy this peaceful environment. The lake is visible in the winter when the trees are bare. With a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and game room you will have plenty to keep the kids busy. Centrally located with a short drive to the strip. A peaceful, fun area to visit. A completely renovated space with new furnishings. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located right around the corner from Silver Dollar City. Our cozy condo sleeps up to 5 guests. King size bed in the master, Twin over Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom. Lush green landscaping in the summer, beautiful reds, oranges and brown's in the fall and in the winter you will enjoy the open view of the lake with the trails that run along side it. The recreation facilities and pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Entrance: Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! There is plenty of free parking in front of unit for easy access in the community lot. There is one set of steps to get down to the front entrance. Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, full sized stacked Washer and Dryer, Toaster Oven, Dishes, Utensils, Juicer, Coffee Pot, Instant Pot with slow cooker, Mixer, Blender, and all the Cooking and Baking Dishes available to make whatever you are craving! Dining Room/ Living Room Our large dining room table is perfect for gathering around and eating a home cooked meal together. Sits up to 6 people. The inviting living room is ready for you to kick back and relax while watching a good movie or playing a board game with your family and friends. Games are located under the T.V. Also includes a brand new sleeper sofa for those times when you have a few more people to bring along. Iron and ironing pad can be found in the cabinet above the dryer. Balcony: A spacious outdoor area furnished with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds all around you. Definitely our favorite area! Master Bedroom: Comfortable King sized bed with new mattress, T.V. and en-suit bathroom. This room also has its own door out to the balcony with a beautiful view while relaxing in bed. Second Bedroom: Welcoming Twin over Queen bunkbed with room darkening curtains for those mornings you need some extra sleep. This room also has its own T.V. and large closet. \* This room shares the full bathroom with the main area Other Amenities: Enjoy access to all of our facilities. These facilities include a pool, indoor recreation, tennis courts basketball court, playground, and hot tub. We are directly across from the playground for easy access. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Free WIFI is available in the entire unit. Please do not share the log-in information. Entire condo - This unit is at the bottom floor (unit #2) it is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. There is one flight of stairs to walk down to get to the unit. Plenty of parking out front. We are available for all questions 7 days a week 24 hours a day. And will answer most questions within 2 hours. The Cove: Nestled close to the water around the corner from Silver Dollar City. A beautiful neighborhood with plenty of activities for the kids. An outdoor pool, playground, game room, hot tub, basketball court and tennis courts. Close to the water with beautiful trails to hike and enjoy. Our resort does not have boat parking, however Deer Run Market is close to the resort and will allow you to park your boat or trailer for a fee. There is a public marina on Indian Point or Rock Lane Marina. Rock Lane Resort is 3 miles from the condo and Indian Point Marina is 3.5 miles from the condo and offers slip rentals, public boat ramp and all types of boat rentals. Plenty of parking in front of the building. gorgeous scenery as you walk the back trails down by the water. We are on the first floor and the parking lot is on the second level. We have tried to provide basic necessities for those times when you get in late. There is a K-cup and regular coffee machine with coffee, cream and sugar. We also have salt & pepper and sometimes oil. We provide 2 trash bags for your stay and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We stayed in this unit over 4th of July weekend with me, my wife, daughter, son-in-law, 3 grandkids, and my wifes uncle. The unit and stay was Perfect! The hosts were very responsive and kind. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a five star experience! Couldn't be happier with the location on Indian Point since we spent time on Table Rock Lake and rented a boat a couple of days at the marina. It's also right next door to Silver Dollar City if you choose to go there and of course you have all of Branson right there at your fingertips. The condo was clean and has been remodeled and is very modern. Everything worked perfectly the TVs in every room were excellent with lots of viewing options and have every streaming app available. The air conditioner is ice cold and this unit just couldn't have been any better. The swimming pool and hot tub are right across from the unit and is also a ton of fun! We highly recommend this unit! By the way we have a grandson that is just one year old and the fact that they had a pack and play and games available for the other grandkids was awesome! I also must say the back porch is extremely relaxing and not only is there a nice table to sit around in a great setting there are also too big individual swings that are really comfortable and a lot of fun! I’ll be honest, I can be picky and tough to please…but this place was gorgeous, clean, and had everything we needed and MORE. I normally sleep terribly when not at home, but the bed was comfy and I slept like a rock. Our girls adored the bunk bed and said they were super comfy too! The bathrooms were nicer than ours at home, felt like a spa! Kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you’d ever need and my hubby was in love with the coffee bar. I enjoyed the bedtime tea options! The TVs were all easy to use and BIG. Fun family games for all ages in the TV stand and our favorite game, Giant Jenga, on the deck!! Blankets were cozy and the popcorn provided made for a fun Halloween movie night. Loved the touch of a guest book for previous renters to leave faves, recommendations, and tips. Felt like family! Last but certainly not least we were obsessed with the deck swings. Something so simple but it was wonderful to relax with a book and listen to the coasters from SDC. We cannot wait to get back!
