Family Fun, 3BD 4BA, Splash Pad & 🏊‍♂️, By 🎢 SDC

  • An ideal spot for your family or group to experience what the Branson area has to offer. It's EXTREMELY close to Silver Dollar City, a short drive to Indian Point Marina for lake access & minutes away from the Branson Strip. The large back deck provides breathtaking views of the Ozark landscape & a quick walk down 18 stairs to our front door provides the seclusion one seeks while on vacation.

    Stay and play in our family fun, pet friendly (additional fees apply) condo. If you are looking to explore during the day and relax with some fun when you get back look no further! With three bedrooms and four bathrooms there are plenty of sleeping options and space for everyone!

    -KITCHEN-
    The kitchen features granite throughout, stainless appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and don't worry about the coffee, we have that covered too!

    -DINING/LIVING-
    The dining and living area provides ample seating. Pull up a chair for dinner or break out a game for some friendly competition around the table. Tired feet? Kick back on the large sectional and pull up a movie on the 65'' 4k tv!

    -DECK-
    Don't forget to enjoy a sunset on the extra large back patio which features seating for relaxing or eating and an electric grill.

    -BEDROOMS-
    When you are ready to rest your eyes there are three bedrooms to choose from. Two master suites feature King beds with en suite bathrooms and walk out patio doors. They each have a bench seating the doubles as a kids bed. This is a great place to sleep a child that needs to be close by.
    The third bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed with pull out trundle.
    All bedrooms have tv with steaming capabilities.

    -BATHROOMS-
    All 4 bathrooms include a walk in shower (NO TUB AVAILABLE), granite vanities, fresh linens and complimentary soaps.

    - Laundry-
    For your convivence a stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit so no need to pack extra clothes!

Great for families

Property was clean and very organized with everything we needed including a high chair and travel crib for the infant. Host was responsive and helpful, location is perfect to enjoy the area

Close to Indian Point & SDC

Great location and great property. We had 9 people staying in the condo. The kids loved the pools. My folks loved the bedding. Good grill and outside space too.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean. The kids loved all the games. The condo is pet-friendly and included a large dog crate (42" I think) and access to a small yard where they could be off leash. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms. No more vacation shower shuffle! It's about as close to SDC as you can get. We were there in the summer and watched the fireworks from our balcony every night

Beautiful location!

Spent 3 nights with family and had a great time. The only downfall was the stairs as we were traveling with older adults. Although stairs are mentioned in the listing, there are 6 stairs down, then a flat landing the length of the building, then 19 more stairs down before arriving at the unit. Not a huge deal except while packing things in and out during arrival / departure. However, the amazing view from the deck made up for them! Back deck is spacious and shaded in the mornings. There are 4 bathrooms WITH showers! Lots of games to play while there and not far from attractions! Had a great time!
