The property management told me I was getting an upgrade and the pictures made the place look great but they were clearly old pictures. The place had layers of dust on the decorations and the light fixtures. If you didn’t wear shoes/slippers your feet or socks turned black(not an exaggeration). You had to walk up around the back side through the grass to get to the pool so we never went to the pool because it just was not welcoming. Had a family with adults and kids. We had plenty of room, plenty of bedrooms. Wish there was a grill on the property. The house was clean. The back screened in porch smelt strong of cigarettes. I have 2 sons allergic to cigarette smoke, so that wasn’t good for us. We opened the windows and aired it out the entire time and did get better. The water gets really hot which was GREAT! The place was very outdated. The room by the entrance when it stormed the people sleeping in there got wet. The house was hot. We all woke up sweating in the night. We went to the community pool and it’s a small indoor pool so we didn’t get to swim or go to the hot tub from being so full. All in all it was nice. Would stay again. ##### JESSICA C. The small pull out sofa in the loft could not be used - the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable such that no one would sleep on it. When you sat on it the mattress pushed thru the springs. I don't believe the kitchen floor had been mopped but everything else was clean. Ice maker did not work properly. It is in a very nice, clean, well taken care of neighborhood. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to relax and enjoy some down time after all day out in Branson. The owners were helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the outdoor hot tub and indoor pool! We were very pleased with the whole experience of our stay. ##### John M.
