You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 85 square meters and is located on the lower ground floor. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children with its modern and cozy furnishings. Upon entering, you'll find an entrance hall equipped with a 90cm bed measuring 180cm in length, as well as a pull-out bed suitable for 1 person, also measuring 180cm in length. The living/dining room, spanning 28 square meters, features a satellite TV with a flat screen and a hi-fi system, and provides direct access to the terrace. One of the rooms is furnished with a 70cm bed measuring 140cm in length and a double bed measuring 180cm by 200cm, complete with a satellite TV and flat screen. This room also offers an exit to the terrace.

The apartment comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen, measuring 11 square meters, is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small bar and radio. The bathroom features a corner bath, shower, and toilet. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, sauna (an infrared heating cabin), children's high chair, and a baby changing unit. The property also provides free WiFi internet access throughout.

The terrace spans 10 square meters and is furnished with outdoor furniture, including deck chairs and a box-room for storage.
